ABOUT ALMA HOLISTIC MASSAGE

I started working as a massage therapist in 2020 for private clients and in NHS hospital oncology wards. I am a skilled remedial and holistic therapist, committed to promoting healing, restoring balance and mental well-being. I love seeing the benefits that massage brings to my clients, not just in terms of helping injury rehabilitation, or easing muscular tension and pain, but also in terms of stress reduction.

I create a relaxing atmosphere for my clients in their own home. I use a blend of refined techniques from different disciplines and tailor every treatment to meet individual needs of my clients.  I believe that continued learning is important for any good massage therapist, so I consistently update my skills through advanced training to ensure I stay at the forefront of my remedial bodywork.

I am ITEC qualified in Level 5 Sports Massage, ITEC L3 Reflexology and ITEC L3 Holistic Massage. I am insured, DBS checked, registered with Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a member of Complementary Health Professionals (CHP). This ensures professional, high quality care for my clients.
