This popular treatment takes into account the whole person to de-stress, energise or relax, using different gentle and medium strokes. Full body, but individualised, with extra focus on areas of tension or pain, if required.

PRE-NATAL MASSAGE / POST-NATAL MASSAGE
During this period of physical and emotional change, massage can be of enormous benefit to expectant mothers, to alleviate common symptoms and conditions associated with pregnancy.
This massage focusses on back, neck, shoulders, hips, arms, hands, legs, feet, face and scalp. The massage helps to prepare the body for the changes that occur during this time. Issues I have worked on include upper/lower back and hip pain, sciatica, water retention and pelvic girdle pain. My pre-natal massage will help to promote a healthy, happy pregnancy, as well as labour and recovery period.

NATURAL LIFT FACIAL MASSAGE
This deeply relaxing massage will leave you looking and feeling refreshed and relaxed. Working with oil on shoulders, neck, scalp and face to release tension and reduce puffiness.

BRAZILIAN LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE
This is an extremely effective, relaxing treatment that helps to boost circulation and immunity, detoxify and sculpt. Regular treatments (weekly or more often) are recommended initially to reduce water retention, puffiness or bloating. You can have a full body treatment, or target specific zones (abdomen, legs, arms, or face). After 6-8 sessions, weekly or monthly sessions can then be used for maintenance.

SPORTS MASSAGE / INJURY REHABILITATION / ASSISTED STRETCH
I use evidence-based techniques to treat chronic sports injuries that have been diagnosed by a physiotherapist or osteopath. Also for pre-event and post-event treatments. This therapy will help improve range of motion, reduce tight muscles and soothe muscle pain. Assisted stretch is available for those who prefer to avoid oils and remain fully clothed - you get a deeper stretch than stretching on your own, with improved flexibility and range of motion.

WOOD MADEROTHERAPY
This highly effective sculpting and detoxifying massage using wooden tools helps to reduce water retention and target cellulite and stubborn fat. Immediate results include feeling lighter, a more sculpted appearance and with continued sessions expect smoother skin, imporved circulation and well as a more visibly contoured body. A course of 6-10 sessions is recommended on a weekly basis initially for optimum results.
